- Where is the Camp Located?
- The camp is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. The Fitness Farm is roughly 24 acres of land located at 2525 W. 44th St. Indianapolis, IN 46227

- What are Camp Hours?
- Our camp hours are from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. To help out parents, drop off starts at 7:30 am, pick up lasts until 5:30 pm.

- What if my child has to miss a few days?
- While we understand emergencies and other plans can pop up, the more your child attends camp, the more he/she will learn and grow.

- Can anyone attend?
- Kids who attend the camp are coping with issues relating to overweight and obesity. Our main focus is helping children live a healthier more active lifestyle.

- What does my child need when attending camp?
- Typically, campers will need: tennis shoes, water bottle, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for lots of activity, and depending on the activities maybe a towel and swim suit. You will be notified a head of time if other items are needed.

- What is parents’ night and is it required?
- Yes, parents’ night is required. As a parent, you play a major role in your child’s health care. So we want to hear about issues you’re facing at home, work with you on overcoming those issues, and let you know that you’re not alone. During parent’s night we have cooking demonstrations, and a support group that talks about what your child is going through.

- Are there payment plans for the camp?
- Yes, you can make arrangements with us when you register for camp.

- What if my child needs special medication during the camp?
- That’s fine. An onsite registered nurse at the camp can make sure your child gets what he/she needs.

- What would I do at the camp?
- At the camp, you’ll be involved in playing all sorts of fun games that include everyone and try new foods that you might not have ever seen or heard of. You’ll also get the chance to help plant and maintain the garden, help raise chickens, and learn to work with other campers on upkeep of the camp.

- Who attends the camp?
- Kids just like you, ages 8-12, come to the Forever-Fit Summer Camp.

- Is it a fat camp?
- No. This is not a fat camp. Our primary focus is not about losing weight. Our focus is on making healthier life choices, improving self-esteem, and helping you grow into a healthy adult.
