    • Can anyone attend?
Kids who attend the camp are coping with issues relating to overweight and obesity. Our main focus is helping children live a healthier more active lifestyle.
    • What does my child need when attending camp?
Typically, campers will need: tennis shoes, water bottle, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for lots of activity, and depending on the activities maybe a towel and swim suit. You will be notified a head of time if other items are needed.
    • What is parents’ night and is it required?
Yes, parents’ night is required. As a parent, you play a major role in your child’s health care. So we want to hear about issues you’re facing at home, work with you on overcoming those issues, and let you know that you’re not alone. During parent’s night we have cooking demonstrations, and a support group that talks about what your child is going through.
    • Are there payment plans for the camp?
Yes, you can make arrangements with us when you register for camp.
    • What if my child needs special medication during the camp?
That’s fine. An onsite registered nurse at the camp can make sure your child gets what he/she needs.
